1. Scope
This policy describes how Dealers.sh handles personal data on the marketing site at dealers.sh, on this documentation site, and on any other first-party interface operated by the project. It does not cover the data practices of Abstract itself, your wallet provider, any third-party block explorer, or any marketplace that renders the Dealers.sh NFT through its own interface. Those parties have their own privacy policies.
2. What we collect
On our websites, the data we receive falls into two categories. Routine server logs include the IP address, user agent, referrer, and timestamp of each request, which is standard for any site hosted on the open internet. Cookies are used to remember your theme preference (dark or light) and for a small amount of aggregate analytics. If you submit information to us voluntarily, for example by sending us an email, we receive that information as part of the submission.
On chain, your wallet address is public, and every transaction you make through the Service is a public event readable by anyone with an Abstract RPC connection. This includes your DealerHeists activity — runs you start, their outcomes, and any jackpot claims — all of which are public on-chain events. We do not link your wallet address to any off-chain identifier unless you choose to connect one to us yourself.
3. What we do not collect
We do not run KYC checks against players or holders. We do not require identification documents. We do not sell user data to third parties, and we do not have a data-sales business model that would create incentives to do so.
The eligibility requirements in the Terms of Service — including the minimum-age and jurisdiction requirements that apply to the DealerHeists ETH features — are enforced through your representations when you use the Service, not by collecting your age, identity, or location data.
4. Cookies and analytics
The exact analytics provider used by the site will be confirmed before launch. The intent is to use a privacy-respecting provider that reports aggregate traffic patterns without fingerprinting individual visitors, and the specific tool we use will be named in this section once the deployment is finalised.
5. Third parties
The Service interacts with several third parties that have access to limited information about your usage. The Abstract network infrastructure, your wallet provider, and any RPC node you use to read or write the chain all see your wallet address. If you use Abstract Global Wallet session keys, the AGW session-key infrastructure processes the transactions a key signs on your behalf. If you use the DealerHeists ETH jackpot, the Pyth Entropy oracle receives an on-chain request to draw a random number in connection with your run. Marketplaces and explorers that render your NFT see the request for the metadata. Vercel (or an equivalent hosting provider) sees the standard server logs for the websites. Each of these third parties operates under its own privacy policy.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Because the project holds very little personal data off chain, most requests can be resolved quickly. On-chain data is, by its nature, not deletable: the public chain does not support removing past transactions, and we have no ability to do so on your behalf.
7. Security
We follow standard practices for the limited amount of off-chain data we hold. No security posture is perfect. If you have reason to believe that any project-controlled system has been compromised, please contact us so we can investigate.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13, or the equivalent age of digital consent in your jurisdiction. Separately, the DealerHeists ETH features require you to be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher, as set out in the Terms of Service.
9. Changes to this policy
Material changes to this policy will be announced in /patch-notes, and the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will move at the same time.
10. Contact
The fastest way to reach us is the Dealers.sh Discord: discord.gg/B7enpek3x8 . For formal or written requests, including requests about your data, email support@dealers.sh.
