Last updated: TBD before launch.
DRAFT. This page is a starting point. Berny + counsel finalize before launch. Do not treat this as legally reviewed yet.
1. Scope
This policy covers data handling for the Dealers.sh marketing site, this documentation site, and any first-party interfaces operated by us. It does not cover Abstract, your wallet provider, or any third-party block explorer or marketplace.
2. What we collect
On the websites:
- Server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamp).
- Cookies for theme preference and basic analytics.
- Optional, only if you submit something: email address.
On chain:
- Your wallet address is public.
- Every action you take in the game is a public on-chain event.
- We do not link your wallet to off-chain identifiers unless you connect them yourself.
3. What we don’t collect
- We do not run KYC.
- We do not request personal identification documents.
- We do not sell user data. There is nothing to sell.
4. Cookies and analytics
TODO: name the specific analytics provider before launch (Plausible / Vercel Analytics / self-hosted). Match what’s actually deployed.
We use minimal analytics to understand traffic patterns. Aggregate, no fingerprinting.
5. Third parties
The Service interacts with:
- Abstract chain infrastructure (your wallet provider, RPC providers).
- Marketplaces that render the NFT.
- Vercel (or equivalent) for hosting.
These third parties have their own policies. We do not share data with them beyond what’s necessary to render the site.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete data we hold. Because we hold very little off-chain data, most requests will be quick.
On-chain data is, by definition, not deletable.
7. Security
We follow standard practices for the small amount of off-chain data we hold. No system is perfect. If you suspect a compromise, contact us.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the local equivalent age).
9. Changes
Material changes are noted in /patch-notes and the “Last updated” date moves.
10. Contact
TODO: add a contact email or form before launch.
